Sakmeow’s Atelier (the “Site”) is operated by Randy Webster on behalf of the artist, Sakmeow, who is a minor. Any reference to “we” or “us” in these terms means the site operator.

You may browse the gallery, read about the artist, and contact us. Please use the Site lawfully and respectfully. Don’t scrape, copy, or republish the artwork without permission — Sakmeow retains the copyright to every piece shown here.

Commissions have their own additional terms. See the Commission Terms, which cover revisions, refunds, copyright, license, turnaround, and the minor-artist disclosure.

All artwork, text, and imagery on the Site belongs to Sakmeow (or her parent / guardian on her behalf) unless clearly marked otherwise. You may share links to pages on this Site. You may not reproduce or modify the artwork without our written permission.

Account features (sign-in, commission requests) arrive in a later phase. If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the activity that happens under your account.

The Site is provided on an “as is” basis. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee that it will be free of errors or always available. Use it at your own risk.

To the extent the law allows, the site operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the date below. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the new terms.
