Commission Terms

Each commission includes 2 revisions at the sketch stage and 1 revision at the color stage. Additional revisions may be quoted separately.

A deposit is required to reserve a slot and begin work. The balance is due before final files are delivered. (Exact percentages: TODO — Sakmeow / Randy to set.)

• Fully refundable before the sketch begins.
• Partially refundable at the sketch stage.
• Non-refundable once color / final work has begun.

Sakmeow retains copyright and all intellectual-property rights to the artwork.

The customer receives a personal-use license: you may display the artwork, print it for personal use, and share it with credit. Commercial use is available as a paid upgrade — ask before using a commissioned piece for promotion, merchandise, or any revenue-generating purpose.

Timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Sakmeow draws carefully and at the pace each piece needs.

All requests must follow the Content Policy. Requests that fall outside it will be declined.

Payments are processed via Stripe (Phase 3+). See the minor-artist disclosure below for who you are legally contracting with.

Sakmeow may display completed commissions in the site gallery and her portfolio. If you’d prefer your commission stay private, choose the Private commission add-on when requesting (or mention it in your brief), and the piece will not be published.

Sakmeow is the working name of a young artist who is a minor. All commissions are managed and fulfilled with the involvement of her parent / guardian, Randy Webster, who operates this website and handles all payments, contracts, and customer communications.

By commissioning a piece, you acknowledge that your agreement is with the site operator (the artist’s parent / guardian) and not directly with a minor. Communications and business matters are handled by the parent / guardian.
